Anand
Mallya - CEO
Over 19 years of experience in project management, development and implementation of telecom switching & transmission products. Has held senior management roles in major telecom organizations, successfully managing and leading teams across the US, India and Malaysia. His achievements include designing the world’s 1st PC-based PABX.

Srinivas Aithal - CTO
Srinivas brings to Signal Networks over 14 years of high
end telecom product development expertise. Prior to Signal Networks,
he was with ADS networks. Key products he was involved with
include a rack based fixed terminal (RAFT) capable of supporting
voice and data communication on a single box, a 24+1G port managed
modular Ethernet switch, a desktop GSM phone, a Linux based
server, a thermal printer controller card and many more. Prior
to ADS, he was a software specialist at Ishoni Networks. Srinivas
has a BE in Electronics from RV college of Engineering, Bangalore.
Ganesh
Golapalli - CFO
Has over 10 years experience in finance and administration
in a product management environment. In his prior role, he was
part of the founding team of a pharmaceutical company that grew
from inception to $40m in revenues in 4 years. He has been with
Signal Networks since its inception in 2003.
Sunder
Soman - Consultant, Marketing
Over 13 years of industry experience (operating from India, United States and Canada) covering marketing, business development, strategy and planning for technology SMEs and startups. He had established and run an independent software applications company in Bangalore between 1994 and 2000. He has actively consulted with Signal Networks’ management team on marketing, business and funding strategies since 2004.

Junarkar - Consultant
Formerly Intel Communications
USA - Over 22 years of engineering experience in the area of
optical communication product development and engineering at
Intel Corporation. His leadership experience and domain knowledge
spans systems solution definition, product planning, IC design,
Board Design, and software implementation, staging for high-volume
production ramps, marketing / technical collateral generation,
applications and customer design and after sales support.
